Pregnancy and having a baby is not always a joyful experience, even after infertility.  In fact, at times you may be feeling anxious, sad and overwhelmed, all the while, guilty because you worked so hard to get there.  You may feel alone in what you are going through but in fact it's very common. 

One in five new moms experience mood and anxiety changes during pregnancy and after the birth.  In addition to going through the biggest change in your life, sudden hormone swings can make you feel tearful, anxious and sad.  Your whole world has been turned upside down!

Whether you are pregnant, sleep deprived with a new baby
