Infertility Counseling and Support - About Karen Hall, Ph.DDr. Karen Hall is a California licensed psychologist with a specialty in infertility counseling, miscarriage and third-party reproduction issues.
Karen Hall, Ph.D Dr. Hall completed her undergraduate degree with a major in Psychology at the University of California at Los Angeles. She continued on to earn her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Hall completed a highly competitive American Psychological Association internship at the Naval Medical Center San Diego. After completing six years as an Officer and Psychologist in the Navy with a specialty in anxiety disorders and women’s issues, she went on to work for the Department of Defense and the Veterans Administration. Dr. Karen Hall also received advanced training with the groundbreaking Mind/Body Medical Institute at Harvard University. Dr. Hall became interested in infertility when she experienced her own unexpected difficulties starting a family; giving her a deep personal understanding of fertility struggles. Dr. Hall meets with individuals and couples who would like help coping with the many stressors associated with infertility. She also sees prospective egg donors, surrogates and individuals and couples interested in third party reproduction. Dr. Hall is a professional member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and RESOLVE.
